We loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from a train station which we used to get around and explore the city. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, as are the rooms. The view from our room overlooked the city, which we loved. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. There are multiple bars and restaurants within the hotel, which was great. The breakfast was really good, as were the drinks we had at the hotel bars. The location felt quiet and safe, so we had no trouble walking around. Also, the hotel offered us a complimentary ticket to visit the rooftop of the building, which is the highest viewpoint in Bangkok. The rooftop has a great bar, and the views are absolutely incredible. I couldn't recommend The Standard enough.

Enjoyed the al a carte breakfast every morning. Even room service at 2am had great options and was made fresh to order. Delicious. We had some great cocktails in the bar. I loved the location, close to all the bars and restaurants, train stop right outside to the big shopping malls. Can’t wait to come back the Bangkok Standard.
